Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a scent in a candle of the same type and price.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Local in-person exchanges may be possible depending on your location, but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their product(s) back to us for an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or discounted items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

Limits
Each purchased item can only be exchanged once. After that, exchanges may be possible if the customer pays shipping for the exchange in both direction. Please contact us if you have questions about this or any other exchange.
